Welcome to 25 Photos ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use it with a parent or guardian's consent. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload ("Content"). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your Content solely to operate the Service (for example, generating a web-optimized copy and showing it to the audiences you choose). You are responsible for your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no illegal content, no sexual content involving minors, no content that isn't yours to share, and nothing that harms or harasses others. We may remove Content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Moderation & removal

We may review, remove, or restrict Content and may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including automated screening of uploads. We cooperate with law enforcement and report suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.

5. Copyright

If you believe Content infringes your copyright, contact us at [your contact email] with enough detail to identify the work and the material, and we will respond in accordance with the DMCA.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
