To keep 25 Photos safe, you agree not to upload, share, or link to content that:

• Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Is pornographic or sexually explicit.
• Is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or facilitates harm (violence, weapons, drugs, fraud, etc.).
• Harasses, threatens, bullies, or defames another person.
• Contains hate speech or incites violence against people based on who they are.
• Isn't yours to share, or infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
• Contains someone's private information, or images of others shared without their consent.
• Is spam, a scam, malware, or otherwise deceptive.

We use automated screening plus human review, and we rely on user reports. Violations may result in Content removal, account suspension, and — where required — reports to the authorities.
